We all like to have a laugh, a gossip and share experiences with one another, but we don’t want any ‘Mean Girls’ so please don’t recommend a new Slimming protein bar when really its a glorified Snickers!

The ‘Chat’ is a place where we want everyone to feel safe and in order for it to be useful we need all members to act like grown ups.

WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR NASTINESS AND TROLLING.

Also lets not forget that our significant others may be of interest to some people (hard to believe, right!?!) All content provided on this website is private to LifeStyled Club members, but it’s still an open platform to this LifeStyled Club community, so don’t pull a TMI (too much info!).
